All manuscript submissions must include title of the paper, abstract, author names, institutional affiliations, valid email addresses of the corresponding author and relevant keywords. Authors are expected to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete at the time of submission.
The submitted manuscript should be prepared in accordance with the standard IEEE conference format and must not exceed 12 pages in length, including figures, tables, references and appendices. Authors are advised to strictly adhere to the prescribed formatting guidelines to facilitate uniformity and ease of review.All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the official conference proceedings, which will be assigned an ISBN number. The proceedings will serve as a formal record of the conference contributions.
To uphold academic integrity and maintain high scholarly standards, all submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening using recognized plagiarism detection software. Only papers that achieve a similarity index of less than 10% (excluding references) will be eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Manuscripts that exceed the permissible similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected based on the review committee’s decision.
Furthermore, selected high-quality papers, based on reviewer recommendations and editorial evaluation, may be considered for publication in reputed Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the scope, quality requirements and additional publication policies of the respective journals. Authors opting for journal publication may be required to pay an additional publication or processing fee as per the journal’s guidelines.
Authors bear full responsibility for the originality, authenticity, and ethical standards of their submitted work. Any instance of plagiarism, data fabrication, or violation of publication ethics identified at any stage of the review or publication process may result in immediate rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript and may lead to further administrative action as per institutional or publisher policies.
